The SJCB silicone rubber dry-type transformer is an advanced dry-type power distribution transformer that uses high-performance silicone rubber as its insulation and encapsulation material. Compared to traditional epoxy resin cast transformers, it offers significant advantages in terms of safety and reliability, energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and adaptability to various environments.
Product Features:
1. Safe and reliable, with excellent fire and explosion resistance: Silicone rubber is inherently non-flammable, and the content of combustible materials inside the encapsulated transformer is extremely low (less than 2%). The high-voltage windings feature a multi-segment design with zero partial discharge.

High Efficiency and Energy Savings, Meeting High Energy Efficiency Standards: Thanks to silicone rubber's superior insulating properties and optimized magnetic circuit design, the no-load and load losses of silicone rubber dry-type transformers are significantly lower than those of traditional products.

Environmentally Friendly and Low-Carbon Throughout the Entire Life Cycle: Silicone rubber insulation is non-toxic and non-polluting, and the energy consumption during production is only 10%–15% of that of traditional transformers. At the end of their service life, silicone rubber does not adhere to metal materials such as copper and iron; it can be easily separated using simple tools, enabling efficient material sorting and recycling.

Strong environmental adaptability and wide range of applications: Silicone rubber offers excellent temperature resistance (operating temperature range: -60°C to 250°C) and hydrophobic properties, enabling stable operation in harsh environments such as high humidity and high pollution.
